Soldiers exercise sustainable practices at JRTC

FORT POLK, La. — A resilient Army conducts business with sustainable practices that go beyond internal boundaries.

In October Fort Carson Soldiers from 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, visited Fort Polk to conduct training at the Joint Readiness Training Center, and their sustainable practices were not left at home. At the end of their rotation, their instincts from back home kicked in when the unit sorted MREs for turn in and reissue to those still in need.
